Snow Ice Day

We didn't get the several inches of snow that had been predicted but the roads are slick, the temperature is only 18 degrees, and the schools are closed.

The kids are thrilled. I'm less enthusiastic. I'm glad they're not on a school bus driving on those icy roads, but then again, they're home. This is seriously going to cut into all the housework I had planned my nap time.

ha ha ha... I am dreading that Tater is out of school starting on Dec 23rd for 3 weeks. Sigh. I was getting use to having one child around for a short period of time 3 days a week. Oh... did I mention it was a COLD 54 this morning. GRIN

Expect a cold snap about the second week of February. Trevor's marching band is playing at WDW and I'm thinking about taking the other two kids to Orlando then. (Does it mean I'm crazy if I think the weather conspires against me?)
